Terms & Conditions

By downloading or using the MyMiniWarehouse app (“家庭小仓库 app” in Chinese, hereinafter referred to as “the App”, “The App”, or “THE APP”), the terms & conditions on this page will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the App.

General Terms

We want our App to be safe, secure, and comply with the law, so we need you to commit to the restrictions below before downloading or using the App:

• You must not be prohibited from receiving any aspect of the App under applicable laws.
• You cannot do anything unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent or for an illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You cannot do anything to impair or interfere with the intended operation of the App.
• You agree not to copy or modify the App, any part of the App, or our trademarks, if any, in any way.
• You agree that we install updates to the App on your device.
• You agree not to attempt to extract the source code of the App. You also shouldn’t try to make derivative versions of the App, or translate the App into other languages.
• You acknowledge that we retain all proprietary right, title and interest in the App, our name, logo or other marks (together, the “MyMiniWarehouse Marks”), and any related intellectual property rights, including, without limitation, all modifications, enhancements, derivative works, and upgrades thereto. You agre that you will not use or register any trade mark, service mark, business name, domain name or social media account name or handle which incorporates in whole or in part the MyMiniWarehouse Marks or its similar to any of these.
• This app is provided free of cost, and we are not liable for any data loss. You should backup your data using the “Export” function from time to time.

The Data Policy

The Privacy Policy explains how we use information. We do not collect, store, process, use, or perform any other actions with the personal data of our users. All information and data are stored on the user’s device.

Third Party Library Usage

We use a third party library libxlsxwriter v0.9.4 for exporting database to excel files. The library is integrated into our project through CocoaPods. Detailed information regarding this library see libxlsxwriter.

Other Terms

If any aspect of this agreement is unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Any amendment or waiver to our agreement must be in writing and signed by us. If we fail to enforce any aspect of this agreement, it will not be a waiver. We reserve all rights that are not expressly granted to you.

This agreement does not give rights to any third party. You cannot transfer your rights or obligations under this agreement without our consent. Our rights and obligations can be assigned to others. For example, this could occur if our ownership changes, as in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, or by law.

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE APP.

We appreciate your feedback or suggestions, and may use them without any restrictions or obligation to compensate you for these feedback or suggestions. We are under no obligation to keep them confidential either.

Changes to This Terms and Conditions

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.

These terms and conditions are effective since May 7, 2022.
